Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and easy-to-understand content, including visuals, graphics, and other multimedia components to enhance user experience for internal and external audiences.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including API guides, user manuals, reference materials, and FAQs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to distill complex technical concepts and processes into simple terms.
• Ensure consistency and own documentation standards, style guides, and best practices.
• Continuously improve and update existing documentation based on user feedback, platform updates, and industry trends.
• Contribute insights and recommendations to enhance product usability and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in software or financial services industries.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and accurate documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of API documentation, especially GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Markdown.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile/Lean development practices.
• Ability to iterate in a rapidly changing environment.
